5th Meeting of the Western Balkans Platform on Education and Training held in Sarajevo on 27 – 28th June 2016 | ERI SEE

The European Commision organised a two-day meeting with the education ministers of the Western Balkans on 27^th and 28^th of June 2016, in Sarajevo. This fifth meeting of the Western Balkans Platform on Education and Training (WB PET) included representatives from the governments of:

• Albania
• Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
• Kosovo
• Montenegro
• Serbia

During the meeting the ministers reported on recent developments in teacher training (which was the main theme of the 5^th WB PET meeting) in their respective countries.

Other relevant stakeholders (OECD, ETF, SEECEL, RCC, representatives of universities of the region, ERI SEE…)  presented their views, actions, activities and results.
