MOBILITY PROGRAMME CALL FOR APPLICATION OPEN UNTIL APRIL 15TH

The Task Force Fostering and Building Human Capital of the Regional Cooperation Council will continue its Mobility Programme for Capacity Building in Regional Cooperation will be in June of 2013.

The programme is designed to foster human capacities within the respective Signatory Ministries responsible for education, science and research of the Istanbul Memorandum of Understanding in South Eastern Europe.

The aim of the programme is to strengthen the already existing, and create new networks of relevance for regional cooperation in education and research.

This year’s programme is more flexible and offers short-term placements in Belgrade, Chisinau, Sarajevo, Vienna, Podgorica and Zagreb at institutions responsible for international cooperation in the field of education, science and research.

The Austrian Co-Chairmanship of the TFBHC will make available grants for the participation of representatives from the eligible Ministries, whereas the ministries responsible for education, science and research from the region, as well as the RCC will cooperatively support the programme in its implementation.
