Regional seminar: “Preparation of Terms of Reference (ToR) and Project Fiche”
The ERI SEE Agency organised the seminar. The Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of Croatia hosted the event.
The educational expert who has an excellent knowledge on the educational developments in SEE, Mr. Ton Farla (the Netherlands) provided the main contribution in the preparatory phase and in the implementation of the seminar. Total of 17 participants took part to the seminar. The seminar was organised around concrete terms of reference/project fiches which are currently under development (most of them for IPA funds) in the SEE countries.
